Work, by text. No résumé portal.
Tell us the work you want, or the person you need. We introduce you to one good fit at a time. Both sides say yes before anyone talks.
Two kinds of people use peon.biz
Looking for work
- Text the kind of work, the hours, the area and the pay you need.
- Hear about a role only when it fits. No mass job blasts.
- Your number stays private until you agree to talk.
- You never pay a fee.
Hiring for a team
- Text the role, the pay range, the hours and what matters.
- Meet a few people who want this job, not a pile of applications.
- Each introduction comes with a short, plain reason.
- You make every hiring decision. We do not.
How an introduction happens
| Step | What happens | Who does it |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | You join and text the agent | You. Two minutes on this site, then a short text conversation. |
| 2 | We look for a possible fit | We compare what both sides told us. Software suggests; people decide (see below). |
| 3 | A person checks it | Someone on our team reviews every introduction before we send it. |
| 4 | Both sides say yes | The candidate and the team each agree, or nothing happens. |
| 5 | You talk | We help set a time. The hiring decision is the team's. |
People decide, not software
Software only suggests possible fits. A person on our team reviews every introduction before we send it, and the team that hires makes every hiring decision. Matching is for adults 18 and older only. People aged 13 to 17 can join the waitlist, but peon.biz never matches them or introduces them to anyone.
A replay from a test run
The people and messages are made up. We use simulated runs to test peon.biz before real people use it.
